You know this type of seme is hot but sometimes in certain cases its not. If I were amami I'd be really frustrated and sad how the seme just can't say he loves him. Sometimes you have to honestly and sincerely tell someone you love them.
If in fact they do love them. It may not be love right away, but attraction if people are honest with themselves. So a person may really be attracted to another person, quite fascinated by them, but not yet have reached the point of being in love.
