Connor has never saved Simon though.Its the exact opposite.Connor is responsible for Simon 's problems since he hurt him and abandoned him.Simon would have never done any of that if Connor hadn't abandon him.Simon has saved Connor plenty of times.From bullies,from his boredom,from his self pity pathetic victim mentality.And Simon always supported Connor even though Connor has no real talent.
Im like Mona.I don't really understand why Simon loves Connor but i love Simon so if that guy makes him happy im ok with it.But Simon has no reason to feel ashamed about anything and especially in front of Connor.I wouldn't had accepted Connor back so easily if i were Simon but...

i guess its easy to see it like that but conor had to face a lot of hardships that simon didnt. as an asian minority as well as lgbt he experienced emotional and physical abuse throughout his life and one that especially damaged his livelihood and changed his life trajectory. losing your ability to play guitar when it was something that brought him and simon together was hard, and so many things were going on with his family and simons contract etc so it wasnt like he wasnt hurting and threw simon away for fun (and he is talented! i remember the guy recruiting simon said he was but they lied to the ceo bc they only wanted simon??) i dont think i would call it a "self pity pathetic victim mentality", conor went through some tough shit. conor isnt out going or vocal about his love like simon, partly because of his past and his personality, but he loves simon for who he is and showed him what it meant to be truly respected/loved by someone (and a family at one point) for the first time

Yess!! I just typed in a loong ass response about what Conor has given to Simon but I gave up and i think u just hit all the points I was thinking right down to the Family part!!

Connor has admitted to always feeling like the victim and having self pitty and being angry and he always took out his frustrations on Simon which was mean and unfair.Simon had noone in the world no family and he was abused too but he never hurt Connor because of his problems.
Connor also admitted that he was always envious of Simon.And he wanted Simon to suffer and be unhappy because that would make Connor feel happy!He said so in chapter 45.
Simon worked 4 jobs to support Connor.He did everything for Connor for years but Connor never did anything for Simon he couldn't even just tell him "i love you "
Simon became self destructive because he had bad things happenīng in his life but Connor destroyed Simon because he had problems.
At least Connor seems like he grew up a bit now and want to be responsible and finally give something back but i don't like him and i can't forgive him.Simon lost his time and would had died if it wasn't for Kiev who took him to rehab.

I just want Simon to be happy. Simon loves Connor so much for years and Connor is definitely the only one that can make Simon happy. Then, let them be happy together forever and ever. I've read new chapters. In new chapters, Simon got shot by mad Veronica and became unconscious. When Simon was unconscious, in his mind, he told Connor that he had been looking for the heaven, but actually the real heaven he had been looking for was "Connor". ┗( T﹏T )┛ When I saw that part of the plot, I couldn't help but cried.

He has done a few things about Simon since they got back together but before that it wasn't anything significant.Connors mother took Simon in her house like she had done with Kiev because she wanted to be a good Christian but once she found out that Simon and her son were a couple she accused Simon for being evil and corrupting Connor.Cwas sad because his parent didnt accept his homosexuality.He broke up with Simon to try and become straight like he told him "My mother was right.Maybe im not even gay after all" That was disgusting.Its easy to just think and focuse on the fact that Connor is a minority that has been through hardships but that doesn't excuse or justify his actions that almost got Simon killed.

Yes i read the comic on Lezhin in English and i have seen the raws that Simon is in a coma for a long time.Veronica is responsible for everything.She sent Connors parents sex videos and photos of Simon and Connor.She is a WAF member that ordered them to attack Connor.She is behind Simons contract with T-REX.I can't forgive Connor for hooking up with her.Simon is in danger and lost so much time from his life because Connor had issues and was weäk.

i agree! i think the author really wanted to show how the struggles people face in society regarding sexuality, more so when it is intertwined with issues such as race and religion etc. conor and simon are both highly flawed characters but they are developing and thats what makes the story worth reading. yes conor hooked up with veronica and was pretty naive but its not like he knew how fucked up she was at all......i think he's someone whos been through a lot, like A LOT and didnt know how to deal with it. definitely not a bad person!!!

Lol its not about sexual cheating.Besides Connor barely had any sex with her.He only penetrated her twice.Once one night after he saw Simons debut posters and went to a bar and got drunk.Veronica appeared and he slept with her while completely hamered.And the next morning he was regretful but Veronica encouraged him and she told him "I'm glad you are not gay" and he was like "I'm not gay?" and he tried and did her kinda sober and with a condom.After that he never touched h again the 2-3 months of their "relationship"He couldn't even get it up as he confessed to Simon.
i feel bad for Simon he had to do all those things and he took hardcore drugs and he always looked completely out of it.He lost the only person he had in the world so nothing else mattered to him.Its even sadder that poor Simon hired prostitutes and made them wear wigs to look like Connor so that h could try and enjoy a bit of sex.But Simon wasn't happy and he was on the edge of dying.
I hate that Connor tried his best to try and forget about Simon.I hate that he tried his best to be with a woman he didn't like.I hate that he felt inferior to Simon but felt ok to be with a rich woman who provided everything for him and even found him a job at her rich fathers company.If only he had taken that time and energy to try and work things out with Simon instead of all this other things none of those bad things would had happened to Simon.That's why im bitter about.The emotional cheating.I don't care about the sex they had with different people at all.

Nobody says Connor is a bad person and nobody hates him. in other social media especially Korean his actions are heavily critisized and hated but not him.Simon got shot and lost years of his life in a coma because Connor chose to try and be straight because at the age of 26 and half years old was still weak and immature and wanted to please his parents that he has been living without ever since he was 18.He sacrifised and betrayed Simon and that is all im having a bit of a problem forgiving and accepting.And it's hard to move on since who knows if Simon is going to be 100% OK even now that he woke up from the coma.

he does have a victim mentality but its not "pathetic", he has actually been a victim of physical assault more than once in his life. of course he would be emotionally and mentally affected by it its not like someone can get their hands smashed and not feel angry or pitiful at one point in their life. as it is normal for people who are suffering to take it out on people around them. i never said conor had no flaws, obviously you shouldnt do that but he basically lost his family, his music and from his perspective he felt abandoned when simon signed the contract (which i also blame bad timing and miscommunication on both ends). not saying he handled it well but if he did we wouldnt be reading this story lol. a lot that i want to say about my precious son simon but i dont wanna make this a book just wanna say theyre both flawed, the world (veronica) has been cruel to both of them they just deserve a holiday
also idk how much u read on lehzin bc i didnt know all of that haha!! i dont think conor would willingly date a waf member or ignore simon working 4 jobs - he didnt know. dont think he can be blamed exactly, probably naive but not bad.
also i have to mention this was the past, conor has tried to do a lot since then - making the first move to reconcile, taking the videos, that whole megaphone thing where he basically outed himself to the world to save simon despite being ostracized by his family and being attacked by waf so idk he was weak but i dont think so anymore!!!

Connor knew Simon worked four jobs.It says in chapters 45-46.On Lezhin there are currently 73 chapters available in English and in Korean Lezhin there are currently 80 chapters i think.I'm here for the comments.Yes without Connors awful mistakes there wouldn't be a story I know but still i don't think he deserves Simon and I like Kiev better as a character but also as a partner for Simon.If it wasn't for Kiev Connor wouldn't had been able to steal all the sex tapes.Plus Kiev ia minority like Connor but he doesn't fuck up like Connor did and he had it worst than both Connor and Simon together but he is strong and badass.
In conclusion in my opinion Connor is too much of a trash and a lucky bastard that Simon is fool enough to love him and forgive him.It breaks my heart Simon loves a person like Connor who doesn't deserve him.It's a shame for poor Kiev who loves Simon so much unconditionally ahas never hurt him.

Im hoping for a plot twist when Simon wakes up from the coma and he tells Connor "I'm tired of this.I wanna break up.I even accepted you when that crazy bitch said shes pregnant and you were stupid enough to believe her but ī almost died,my career is in ruins..."
But I don't think this will happen.Simon is strong and hlove for Connor makes him stronger unlike Connor who destroyed everything because he is weak.Body and soul.
