Honestly there are just so many bad things about this story bruh. Plot was so bad that even the gorgeous art style couldn't mask it.
First of all, there was practically no character development at all for any of the characters. It's literally just Kyle using Beel to satisfy his own desires and Beel just taking it. As well as causing him unnecessary trauma like getting r@p3d... The worst part is, Kyle didn't even consider lifting the hypnosis when he found out Beel was physically and mentally incapable of defending himself.
Once he did lift the hypnosis to reveal Beel's true feelings, he was unsatisfied by Beel's answer and immediately hypnotized him again (in the middle of him pretty much r@ping him). If he actually felt a little guilty about it, he would have actually tried to talk to Beel in an appropriate setting and have a reasonable convo about ACTUALLY SAVING HIM instead of just fuking him.
Lastly, so many readers buy into the whole "Kyle is just a crybaby cinnamon roll puppy" like dude you cant be fukin fr, no he's not... He's a literal man-child who manipulates/forces his victim to "love him" and "enjoy" being r@p3d. Rather than have some empathy or consideration towards Beel, he cries about not getting his way and uses magic to get what he wants without even trying to improve the situation.
I'm so mad at how bad this story turned out because there were so many opportunities for character and story development but neither ended up happening. Not even a "happy" ending it was just a half-assed twisted ending where the victim gets no justice and continues to suffer within the grasp of their r@pist.

For people out there saying stuff like "You chose to read it so you can't complain": you have to read at least part of a story to know what it's about and to build a reasonable perspective on it. If people were to just read the summary or the tags of a story (which on this website can be misleading) wouldn't it be kind of unfair to the author and the story? Especially if readers are genuinely curious to see if a talented artist/author like this one happened to write a banger.
Also, readers giving positive or negative feedback about the author or the story is a normal thing. That's why opinions, free will, and critics exist. I am not trying to defend a specific group of people, but I do know that some people take things too far and get worked up over a disagreement on A STORY. And disagreements about opinions, not morals.
Anyways, that's just my input but regardless, happy reading everyone.

I agree with everything you’re saying! But the thing is, I don’t really think mangago is the best place for people to be giving feedback to the author or illustrator. It’s a pirating site and for that reason it’s blocked in Korea so Korean authors can’t take action against it. The original sites do have adequate tags and warnings so people can get the fuck out of dodge if they see something they don’t like, but mangago often doesn’t have the same warnings or at least not in places where people can easily find them. That being said, I think if it takes five chapters of dodgy, fucked up stuff before a person realizes they don’t like fucked up stuff, that’s mostly on them.

No I totally get that. People need to know that getting to read these translations for FREE is such a privilege (and a crime), so getting worked up about these kinds of things on here is literally pointless. It's not a crime to have an opinion, but telling people to "k1ll themselves" because they don't agree with you is so unnecessary.
