Rin and Nanase's relationship and how it came to be kind of reminds of Kaiser and Ness. It's not the exact same and for Rin and Nanase it was Nanase that came to Rin meanwhile for Kaiser and Ness it was Kaiser that offered it to Ness but you get the point :3

The chapter was so good and I enjoyed the silly bits of it, even the part of fans in Blue Lock actually wanting to see Kaiser and Isagi together as a duo. I was looking forward to seeing comments of that and the Kaiser and Ness backstory that a lot of people have been waiting for, but god. I did not expect so many Kaisagi shippers to hate on Ness in the comment section. There's something so disappointing about coming to check comments only to see a bunch of brainless braindead (most likely mlm fetishizers) speaking, focusing on their ship, and completely missing the characters' personalities, story, and overall the manga's lore.
The Kaiser and Ness story basically shows us how their relationship came to be, including Kaiser's possible philosophy in the past and how they developed into the people they are now. And yet for some reason, people who ship Kaisagi say they want Ness to shut up and dislike the idea of the backstory because its just Ness "dickriding" Kaiser?
Long rant, who cares. People like these are so annoying and ruin the experience.
