Learning more about Kaiser and Ness' relationship and I personally think that Kaiser DOES see Ness as a dog. He cares for Ness because he sees Ness akin to a "pet" of his. I think it's definitely because of 1) friendship that he won't acknowledge and 2) his feeling of "ownership" towards Ness. Kaiser says that he liked the soccer ball because no matter what he did to it, it always came back. Sounds similar to his relationship with Ness. Ness is a willing victim of abuse. I'm not saying he wants it. To be more specific, I think he knows what Kaiser's doing is wrong but doesn't care because Kaiser acknowledges him + because he cares sm for Kaiser. To him who was neglected and made fun of for his dreams, Kaiser is some sort of 'salvation' so even insults & physical injuries are "fine". After all isn't bite also touch?
In this chapter we really see how Ness cares so deeply for Kaiser while Kaiser remains with his eyes set on the goal to not feel like a failure. I can't wait for the weird Isagi harem shippers to come here and leave braindead comments again.. (sarcasm if it wasn't obvious enough)
Loved everything and then I saw the stinky comment of an Isagi x everyone shipper. Isagi is a minor, weirdos
Shidou and Reo has an interesting dynamic and I wanna see more of them together. I especially want to see how Nagi would react to Reo being beside a genius that's far better than him!
It's literally just a game route. Acting as if romance will kill u, sensitive ass babies
I'm usually understanding of female characters if they're introverted and awkward because to an extent, I'm just like them and I try to avoid human contact as much as I can. However, Ran's behavior keeps bugging me.. She keeps enabling Kaya's behavior while simultaneously saying that "They're just siblings" and she's trying to "teach" Kaya. The best thing to do here is completely shut all of his attempts and stop him and tell him off everytime he does something you don't want. But she doesn't do that. To me, it seems like sloppy writing done in order for the plot to still be brewing and for it to get extended for "drama".
Manga viscerally broke me and old readers will know the takoyaki maker jokes, as well as the PS5 jokes. Houseki no Kuni was truly a masterpiece of a manga and people might disagree with me but to me, the ending is the most fitting ending for this series. It started with Phos and it ends with Phos. No words can explain how I felt when the purest true bit of happiness Phos felt was during his death. Houseki no Kuni you will always be dear to me</3
I can't be the only one that wishes the chaps were longer instead of always being so short and cut into multiple pieces. Maybe it's because of that but recently I just can't find the manga enjoyable anymore, does anyone else feel me
Can someone pls pls pls recommend me some yuri manga/manhwas/manhuas? I want to see sapphics happy as a lesbian TT
New chapter with Caisy and you see the same people or diff ppl using the same exact words to tell you about how they hate her and want her gone. Can't wait for y'all to switch up when she helps MC because and say shit like "She's annoying but.."
DISCLAIMER FOR ILLITERATE PEOPLE : I'm not saying you can't hate Caisy. I'm saying it's annoying seeing the same hate comments again and again every chap solely because you can't handle a charac.
There's so many things to discuss about this webtoon and y'all focus on Caisy. We could be talking about Arte and how unjust and cruel his death was; to be murdered by the same people who you thought would save you. We could be talking about Heathcliff's grief and his "final" battle with Caisy and we could be talking about how Caisy genuinely did not want James Moriarty to be the mastermind and gave him the opportunity to say it wasn't him because the truth is that Caisy respects and admires James Moriarty.
This arc showing what actually happened and what went through their minds is so interesting and you guys focus on hating a character over and over. Where are my lore enthusiasts
"Caisey is a bad detective," "Casey was too focused on Moriarty and wasn't investigating the cases properly".
1) In the flashback, in a conversation with Moriarty, she sees that he's been investigating the missing children case and says that she's also been investigating it and that if Moriarty wants she can share the details of the cases.
^ This can easily be confirmed considering how she got to the venue where Moriarty also was, Caisey DID investigate and find the answer to the case. However, she wasn't expecting Moriarty to be there and if it wasn't for Moriarty planning to use Caisey as a pawn, there's a high chance she wouldn't even be suspecting Moriarty.
2) "She's been so focused on Moriarty," that's because James Moriarty is obviously her prime suspect? Because he lied to her so she would believe he was? And because she thought he was the main suspect, she obviously would dig around things related to him so she can find actual proof of this happening and him being the actual mastermind? Literally all this time Caisey has been doing detective work, you guys just don't want to acknowledge that or you guys choose to ignore that because you find her "annoying" and y'all reduce her to someone chasing after Moriarty when there's a reason?
2.1) Yall also say she's too focused on Moriarty but did you not even read chapter 90? The newspapers that exposed the things happening in the city were published because of Caisey. And Caisey herself LITERALLY says that she's captured majority of the people included in the case, but only Moriarty has been escaping her clutches because she still thinks Moriarty is the mastermind, which I remind you is because Moriarty portrayed himself as the mastermind in front of her.
