I dont think you can call it character development. Taek joo just tames him. Idk he is not a likeable character overall , his actions are horrifying but I also reallllllly pity him his family is really fucked up. And through out story especially vol 5 I could feel a lot of abandonment issues, anxiety and loneliness. I still dont like him but I also find it hard to hate him -_- I wish he could go to therapy
