Istg am I the only one that barley gets updates on mangas I put as “reading”

for me my updates come like 2 to 3 days later
How do I even do that lol, I also typed other stuff in my sentence here but idk if u people who read it see it or just not me after I type it bc I can’t see the other half of my sentence I typed to
When you rate the manga or put it on already reading, there’s an option that lets you subscribe to it and then it notifies you when it updates, but not right away though cuz for me it notifies me like a whole day later when it updated
