I let this marinate for a year and just binged this entire arc and for like ten chapters I was screaming "WHEN DID MY ACTION TURN INTO A ROMANCE AND WHY DO I LOVE IT?!" they were both fine asf and the romance scenes were everything and I hope we keep seeing her. I already loved the unique storyline, action scenes, and characters but now I'm head over heels for this entire thing

I would say give the light novel a go. Thou the romance is really slow I have never seen a couple who hold such love and respect for one another. The romance is very beautifully written you can literally feel the respect, admiration,love, affection they have for each other
