Sawol is an orphan so he was given a name. Chances are his birth name is on Wonjae's side. Sawol got his name late and it just so happens to be Wonjae's name. We aren't given too much information on names except the other person could be your soul mate or not. Sawol ran away due to his past trauma, anxiety and fear of being left alone again. Now that Sawol has been found, he has "amnesia"(I really hope he's faking it)
