I just don't know how the fl is ok with cross dressing and how people in that "era" are ok with cross dressing, but the fl isn't ok with how people would think of her when the second prince broke off their engagement and she'd stay single????? She doesn't value other people's view or doesn't care about other people's opinion of her, cross dressing, so whyyyyyy is she so affected about how people would VIEW her when she is not of marriageable age after breaking the engagement with the second prince???? Like based on her character and personality I've seen so far, she looks like she wouldn't mind how people think of her. She doesn't care if people judge her. PLUSSS, she's not gonna die, and wouldn't her reputation be considered low if she were to go against the norm (cross dressing)? I just think it's kind of dumb if you think about it. Especially not showing the struggles and judgement people get from cross dressing. So my point here is it's kind of ironic. Cross dressing so that you don't have to be considered a woman who will be single forever and can't be wed?????
Not that I hate it, it's just that there are some things in the story that are questionable. I just hope that they made it plausible and kind of realistic at least.

Personally I would have loved the thrill of her being an undercover crossdresser and pretending to be a male somebody rather that outright saying she's a cross dresser and the other characters think she's a male and discover her true identity later on. I like how her parents are supportive but also I can't help but feel that excuse in crossdressing wasn't kinda enough? ┑(￣Д ￣)┍
Because if crossdressing was not really met with criticism in that world shouldn't there be more of someone just like her? Maybe the reactions of the characters are just too modernized in a historical fantasy for me . Maybe it would have been better if there are historical figures who crossdressed before so the reactions are understandable. ╮(￣▽￣)╭
RIGHTTT?? THE REACTIONS ARE TOO MODERNIZED IT WOULD'VE BEEN BETTER IF THEY SHOWED HOW PEOPLE'S DISCRIMINATION DIMINISHED OVERTIME OR MAYBE HOW THEY TRY TO NORMALIZE THINGS (like showing that it's ok to be single at marriageable age, or being annulled, or cross dressing) I just honestly think that putting those things would've added more depth to the plot.
Honestly, I wish that it doesn't just revolve around revenge. A lot of characters need more exposure like the mc's family and friends. Not gonna lie that it gives me satisfaction when he beat up those bastards but I think it would be much better if we can see the mc's family having a good life + I haven't seen their new apartment or is it already shown in the previous chapters? + every now and then I've been wondering if the mc bought a pc for his younger brother. The younger brother also needs a lot more exposure. (honestly just a sucker for looks so lemme see him pleaseeee)
THIS. cuz it gets a bit boring overtime plot is a bit shallow, that it gets so repetitive and its too rushed but also too slow?? (Or its too slow cuz it only revolves around one theme) there's no like idk other buildup I guess for the other characters as well...probs also the script they're all just curses and like "who dares mess with me", "can you handle what's going to happen" typa vibe so umm :D

As NE agreed to go w ms lee’s plan, since she gave a warning already, they had a week to be prepared, so NE plans a trip w SY, since he only had 1 day free, their trip was just for a day, less than a day to be exact.
SY was sooooo anticipating it he also switched off his phone so that he can pay 100% attention to NE during the trip, that was actually a very not good move. As purple hair was trying to reach him, she got a feeling something bad was gonna happen to them, but since he didn’t answer the phone, she was like,,, goodluck in facing whatever is coming ur way guys, hope it is nothing big..
even when they were gonna leave for the trip, NE was not really in the mood, but she forced herself. Nonetheless, they had a very great time eating, playing,,, until night, when they were gonna do the lantern thing, Ne wrote ‘sorry’ as she released it, she said lets break up. SY’s lantern wrote ‘hope to always be happy w NE’.

Then YJ is in the pic, lets go (I HATE THIS PART) NE then took YJ’s hand. SY stopped her wanting her to explain more, but she just said we r over, i still hv feelings for Yj, so I decided to be back w him. SY sensed tht she was lying as she didn’t looked at him in the eyes, so YJ stepped in and said, what she said was true, we were just apart for a while, and now we r gonna be tgt again, they went in YJ’s car leaving SY crying NE after tht was emotionless, she just looks at the ground, spoke less to nothing.
In the morning, news came up tht YJ is gonna get married to NE, and he even confirmed it thru press conference, and YJ n NE left for a vacay (i think, didnt read it,,, just scrolled, so dont know y they went for vacay),
Devastated SY was standing in front of NE’s house not knowing shes not home, until purple hair came. She got angry at him as to y he didnt answer the phone the other day. They both went in the house, purple hair was suspicious abt the news, she fet something was wrong, and tht it should be wrong so they had their friend (YJ’s manager) to explain. But he was like, eh nothing is wrong tho, ive known them since young, thts how they r,,,, but when he remembered NE looking down when he send them off, he realized,,, nothing is wrong right???
SY is not gonna back off just like tht, he is determined to find out the truth.
Then the scene changed to Yj n Ne arriving at their hote, YJ was selfish, he monologued ‘even tho i know this is wrong, n tht u dont love me anymore, but i hope we can still be tgt like this. I was happy tht u r w me now’ (GOD DAMN SELFISH GUY!!!) NE was gonna faint, she really has no energy in herself, he was being attentive, and caring... but Ne said to herself, even tho u r like this, but SY is still in my mind, I miss hime very much.
