BUT i want more of them as a couple

At first i was debating wether to read this or not but i'm glad i did. It was an amazing story. It was nice that the story didn't just end after stopping the mist. It brings closure to me that they showed the aftermath, it's frustrating that there are still people who discriminate against other class but i'm glad that didn't dragged out, i was happy that they removed the class and district/zone system. I was kinda surprise that Woon's father is still alive and i didn't expect to see him again. It's good that they didn't forgive him. It was also nice to see Jihyuk's mother finally waking up from coma.

I'm confused, they lived in District 2 Zone Z, and in this chapter they just reached District 2 Zone A. So, how come Jihyuk's mother is already in the hospital at District 2 Zone A?

Should i read this first or watch the live action first? What do you guys think?
