From what I'm understanding a human that while in the very early stages of pregnancy got infected, and instead of just turning and the baby dying, our male lead became a rare abnormality of crossbreed and while he was developing in her womb it seemed to slow down the transition of her turning, also turning her into an abnormality, and it's looking like about a year after his birth she became more dominant into being a rotten but isn't fully rotten she seems to be an abnormality transition where he was an abnormality birth.
And it's looking like maybe she became an abnormality naturally as a way to adapt to his birth ?
