Is Neji going out with Misaki? Did he break any promises with her? No. How is he cheating, then?

Ohh gosh, dont u read ch 2 and 3? They confess their love each other, share kiss and that indecisive boy even promised to be with her forever. And suddenly all the love he has for years dissapear for a girl he barely meet by the goverment decission. What a shallow boy he is.. I think i gonna drop off this manga..

And dont worry dear, since the author gives so many spotlight in your fav girl liliana, our main lead character will end up with her somehow.. I Conclude that as the ending..

Not gonna lie. I have nothing against the blondie and I could even see myself rooting for her...but I just feel way too sorry for Misaki to even bring myself to enjoy what's happening between her and Neji. If the author could just make a nice guy get a crush on Misaki and end up paired with her I could maybe get over it.

I agree with u, i hope misaki will meet a better man, so she ll not end up with broken heart at last.. Honestly, i m not so fond of neji character either, a typical average seinen main lead character.. nothing particular about his character..

i am rooting for Liliana but I agree. He's really nothing special and so many people comment on this but his guy friend (I forget his name) and the two girls are head over heels for him and there's really nothing endearing about Neji. He's too selfish with his own feelings, he's stupid about his own feelings and he's so EASILY confused and influenced.

Misaki obviously is hiding something, there are too many unanswered questions when it comes to her, you lots don't have to pity her, whatever it is, it's way more complicated than a simple "Poor Misaki got cheated on by Neji" (which imo he's not even cheating).

We can still feel sorry for her because she loves Neji and he doesn't love her back.

i am not sure which aspect you are looking it from to say that he is cheating. After the government announcement, Misaki said that whatever they have should leave it in the memory more like she left him plus they were even dating so it is not count as cheating but i do feel sorry for her though, lets see what happen next.

Of course I did. Did you read the rest of chapter 3 and onward? First, Neji said, "I *want* to be together with you forever." That's a desire, not a promise. Misaki essentially broke off anything more after that. She then spends the following hundred+ chapters not being honest with Neji.
