This is something I’ve been thinking for a while. Recently, I’m starting to lose interest in Korean BL manhwas due to an increasing trend of toxic, rap*its male leads. Especially new ones. Of course there are so many green flag MLs but what’s up with all the red flags? If you’re gonna make a shitty character, at least give them some depth to why they are the way they are? Or a character development? Is this like a reflection on Korean men and based on authors’ experiences or what.
Okay but are all Korean man like this? Why are almost all male leads from korean manhwas are the same? Is this based on experience or what.
