He locks her up in his room when their parents go on a holiday and plans to kill her/force her to love him but instead of being worried about her life, Mai is worried that he’s still planning to kill everyone at school. Kurobe thinks Mai will hate him after keeping her locked up in his room but she doesn’t and it makes him fall in love with her more. Anyways, he ends up freeing her after confessing while she’s locked up and Mai’s just glad he hasn’t killed his classmates. Their parents come back and Kurobe gaslights them into approving their relationship. Mai graduates and there’s a time skip of them as a couple in the future it’s actually a pretty sweet ending despite the yandere vibes before it haha

Yes Kurobe’s manipulation skills are too good like he’s already shown. For example, how he convinced everyone he and Mai were sick including the doctor and his parents and no one suspected a thing. Also the whole lying to his mother about which train line would be faster so she would get stuck on it just so he could have more time with Mai lol. When their parents come back he does this whole I love Mai so much spiel and how he knows it’s bad bc they’re siblings but he loves Mai so much and he would do anything to be together with her. His parents end up feeling bad for him bc of what he says lmaooo and they’re like oh well you’re not blood related anyways so we’ll support you

Mafuyu got asked what kind of word(s) he wanted the band name to include. He then said since yuki's mother gave him the guitar, he wanted the band name to include "gave". Now since the original band name was " the seasons", the guy with the short hair (I forgot his name) tried matching gave + seasons and it turned out as "given". I guess that's why the manga is called "given" since that word represents yuki's guitar and all the memories it holds and also the band's name.
