Sooyoung entered into a relationship with Taesung even after knowing that he was a gangster. He did it it to pay off his debt so he used Taesung for money and Taesung used him for his body. They both ended up using each other in some kind of way. Sooyoung KNEW from the start that Taesung was dangerous and that he probably shouldn’t have gotten involved with him but he still did it. Sooyoung is an adult, he wasn’t tricked to become a bodyguard or a booty call for a mafia leader. From the beginning he understood how dangerous that job was and he accepted it. I’m still rooting for Taesung and Sooyoung to end up together because in a weird and twisted way, Taesung understands Sooyoung and has made him grow a spine. Whereas when he was with his ex, Sooyoung just let himself be used. I just feel that although Taesung is rough, he would never dare to actually permanently hurt or kill Sooyoung. The one time he did send Sooyoung to the hospital was because of a dude who got involved and took revenge on Sooyoung NOT because Taesung actually sent him to kill or injure Sooyoung. Taesung is not perfect, but I’m still willing to give him a shot.
Hmmm I do see where you are coming from but I think Taesung’s love for Sooyoung will end up forcing him to go to the extremes of Sooyoung were to go against him/disobey him... yes he loves him, but he doesn’t know how to express it properly and I’m not saying it’s all his fault because I do know he comes from a rough background but to just simply use that and justify and constantly give him a chance... you could but how much more of Sooyoung are you willing to sacrifice and break for Taesung to learn how to love him properly?
