I feel you I also thought I'd be prepared because it was obvious where this was going but he's being kinda gross like it seems he thinks he's doing it for love but in reality it looks to me like he's trying to make Tae-kyung suffer as revenge aka he's being delusional. Like it's different reading an evil character being evil knowing they are evil (what I thought Heeseo would be) and an evil character being evil not thinking they are or thinking that the other deserves the things being done to them (what Heeseo seems to be).
Well I'm not really sure what his goal is or what he's really thinking since I can't read his mind but this is just how it seems to me (￣∇￣")
