There isn't any official sites. If you want to see/read (if you understand japanese) the newest chapter as soon as it comes out you'll have to buy the ihr herzt magazines when they come out (and saezuru is listed in them). Amazon and Amazon.jp sells them and i'd recommed preordering since it'll be a lot cheaper and easier to get one that way.

It’s kind of a love triangle in the first 20 chapters it’s devoted to adolph but in the next few chapters I’d say it’s more devoted to Ivan I recommend it, it made me cry ┗( T﹏T )┛
