I don't have spoilers either, but I speculate (which could be wrong) that Shirotani will kiss Kurose with a big messy tounge deal. I know it's out of characters, but I think it could be his "ten". He wrote it after they had sex, he made a point of drinking Kurose's coffee, and just now he drank Kurose drink, which is to him an indirect kiss. He wanted to drink from Kurose's water before and failed--but now he is ready.

From what I can tell she is supposed to be the student who was with Shirotani's father. It's hard to get from this cliffhanger as I wasn't sure it was her at first, but it seems there's a link in one of the comments to the next chapter, and it makes it clearer. Hence why everyone dislikes her so much.
