It definitely was a bummer to find out the old artist stopped drawing this for whatever reason and we were forced to read season 2 to the end with the new artist. No hate on the new artist but their art style doesn't suit this story imo
Edit: yea, like some of the other commenters I had to pretend season 2 was kind of like a new story. I also had to spend a few hours away between season 1 & 2 so I could kind of "forget" what the season 1 art style looked like so that the season 2 art style wouldn't bother me as much

I get that ppl call their puppies by saying "boy" or "girl," but Chi-young saying anything other than puppy, pups, or puppers when referring to Heeseong just doesn't feel right But yea the story is cute nonetheless

I liked this story but I fucking hate Juvelian in the novel. Her obliviousness is like 10x worse in the novel and it goes on FOREVER and it seriously makes me want to slap her and shake her and tell her what a goddamn idiot she is. Though I bet even if I did she'd be like "what do you mean? I understood everything very clearly". No you didn't!!!! GAH. Honestly I can't understand how the author could stomach writing a character so ungodly oblivious, it makes me want to rip my hair out
