The first one contains both season 1 and 2 (shounen ai version). While this one only contains season 2 (yaoi, smut version). So if you want to read yaoi, then after reading the first season in the other version, then proceed reading this version. And in my opinion, both the story and the art style of the webtoon is good. So why not give it a try?
