I know we all have sore spots when it comes to romance in these types of manga. All those fl are trash. i wouldnt mind it if they built the story in a way where you can connect with her and eventually make you care for her (also can actually do things on her own), rather than introducing a hot female with a tragic backstory who is strong but always ends up being the damsel in distress.

Takarakuji 40-oku Atattandakedo isekai , Is an interesting one I’ve started. Haven’t seen any harem yet but I’m not far in.
And “My Wife is a Demon Queen” is supposed to be a non harem but I haven’t touched that one yet purely cuz it has 400+ chapters.
Also “The Beginning After The End” doesn’t show any sign of harem and it hints that there might be romance later but currently the MC is too focused on his tasks and the fact that his mentality is that of a 40 year old man.
Return To Player is less isekai and more like the world cracked open into a violent video game and the dude lives through it once and goes back in time to do it again. He’s sticking with one girl mostly and picks up another but shows no romantic interest at all in the second one.
