I don’t really get what’s going on with this story anymore. It started so strong after the timeskip, and she was so cool for drawing the line, but now she’s taken ten steps backwards from what she should be doing. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

At this point, Ian MUST figure out on his own who he really wants to be with. He better let go of one of them and stand his ground.

I never hated Ian, okay? Just make up your mind already and end the triangle. I wouldn’t even be shocked if he chose to move forward by himself—he deserves peace away from everything.

This story is hella torture to read.

Reality speaking, ten years without contact—like literally being dumped out of nowhere—really sucks. That’s why I easily understand Su-ae’s feelings about having a hard time accepting or interacting with Eunhyeok. I can’t blame her for feeling that way; she’s absolutely right that he should never underestimate what a 10-year gap means. Everything could change, including her feelings and the way she treats him.

She’s actually strong for meeting him again and learning to let him go. If she ever ends up with Dohwa, I think he deserves it for staying by her side, and Su-ae deserves it for moving forward with her life.

If she ended up with Eunhyeok, it feels like Su-ae is just seeking validation and answers for why he left her for 10 years, then proceeding to be together again as if nothing happened. ╮(￣▽￣)╭

They cut out the part where Lloyd’s parents read the letter he left. That was one of the best scenes in the novel too, but I AM STILL HAPPY FOR THEM

It’s been a long journey. This is the story I’ve read ever since Chapter 1 all the way to the end. It holds such a precious place in my heart. Seeing it end feels like I’m their grandma T^T. The beautiful ending scene always brings me to tears whenever I reread it (and I’ve reread it about 10 times). I really can’t move on from their story—they’re too precious for me to let go.
