I love all the characters and the story is good but the only flaw I found is the drawing.

I agree, the character design is just plain ugly and unsettling. How can she have glasses that can't even cover more than half of her HUGE eyes. And not only the eyes, but the faces are ugly.

Yep, everything is drawn so half-assedly, it might be her style, but her style shows how lazy the author is. She should strive for better quality, you know, to show respect towards the readership.

That's crazy. I always thought the drawing was striking and one of the major appeals for the manga. Like I don't even want to imagine it with a different art style. I absolutely adore it
Well, the drawing has its own charm but it's just not appealing to me. Everyone don't have the same taste after all. It's always interesting to see how something can be viewed differently

Actually, it's not. That's the stereotypes they're trying to get rid of in this manga. And there is a reason Kiyomi acts the way she does. I think it's actually pretty obvious from the first chapter...?

I think what they mean is that this particular trait, e.g sewing, would make people describe Asuka as girly, stereotyping it as something girls and only girls do. This manga does try to break the whole stereotype by switching roles, and I personally don’t find this manga that sexist, but I get where OP is coming from.
But may I just add, and I may be biased because this was one of my early shoujo reads but, this manga is very nicely done. Not the best, but it’s good!
