I don't wanna sound like I'm excusing cheaters but I've watched a documentary on Japanese couple and this is kinda realistic,after having kids almost no Japanese couple have sex,it's even better in this manga cause they still like and want their wives but in reality both wife and husband view each other as mother and father of the child and doesn't even sexualize each other so they both cheat, this probably comes from Japanese culture of pressuring people who don't really like each other to marrying at the right age,idk why but just wanted to put this out there
