Correct me if I’m wrong since I haven’t yet read the novel, but I heard he is gonna get a huge character development and that this novel isn’t only about the romance but the growth of those characters . He was known from the start to have a shitty personality and I know us readers are familiar with the fact that in most historical manhwa, even if the ml has a shitty personality there is an exception when it comes to the fl, but especially here it’s gonna take some time for him to grow and understand her and “get better". Because in reality it’s gonna take some times until we "fix" the bad part of our personality, it’s not gonna get better with a snap of a finger, especially when u don’t think ur in the wrong. Idk, especially that thought made it bearable for me to continue reading(*still wanna slap him tho), but I think imma read the novel and read the manhwa as a reference of what’s happening in the novel.
Well yes indeed ur right he’s slowly getting a character development, I personally found that in the recent chapters, he actually acting more decently with the fl AND THANK GOD FOR THAT. But from my point of view it’s more like he sees her as more bearable and he also really likes to do the deed with her ( which gives me the fkg ick).
