Raping an unconscious person (MULTIPLE TIMES!) is not okay. I honestly hope they don't end up together. I hope this manga explores the realistic consequences of rape—trauma, distrust, etc—instead of sweeping it under the carpet like usual...
I understand that it's fiction and the author'll probably find a weak justification for the uke to forgive his rapist, but I hope not. ( ̄へ ̄)

I wouldn't bet on them exploring the realistic consequences of rape...
There are so very few mangas that even come close to portraying rape in a realistic manner that it's basically a shock when you do stumble across one.
And even if the unconscious man was aware of what was going on, the whole idea is still pretty sick.
I mean, if the guy believes his friend is unconscious, then he knows what he is doing is wrong, which makes it evil regardless of whether the friend was OK with it or not.

It depends on the person. If the uke forgives him, then it's fine.

Obviously, Senzaki is bonkers, but their relationship is super hot and even kind of pure
Though Senzaki is violent, it's the only relationship we've seen where the seme isn't manipulating and undermining his partner. (besides nerd and slacker) Both of them actually love each other. The look of excitement in Senzaki's eyes when Tatsumi gets hard after being pierced is endearing, and Tatsumi is rad in his own right—he's shrewd and passionate; reserved, but not a crybaby.
I also just love obsessive, chaotic relationships like this or Spike and Drusilla in Buffy the Vampire Slayer. I love their lust for each other—so hot! (ノ≧∇≦)ノ
Chapter 13 ended on a sad cliffhanger...my fingers are crossed that they'll be able to make it work.
I haven't read/watched the series where these characters were from, but I liked it.

ps tho they don't go all the way it's completely uncensored, so I'm happy
