I'm honestly confused why Joo Jaekyung gets so much hate. I don't think I've even seen a seme receive this much hate, I think maybe cuz this story went mainstream & is as popular as BJ Alex. Cuz I've read stories with worst semes. yeah seme is a jerk but they had a deal/contract. and at the end of the day we all know he's ends game. so to the people complaining im just like, "do you know you have 30 minutes" lol before this ships sets sail (well technically the ship already set sail on ukes side now its the semes turn)
Yep, it's mainstream but what also became mainstream is the hate train for this manwha. They always find something to hate on, some infuencer, kpop idol and now an imaginary character.

I fully agree with what you have said :) Readers are entitled to their opinions, but as we know, many of the haters personally attack the fans and the author over something that is just fictional. They can't handle toxic elements of the story and criticize Jaekyung for his behaviours, but don't seem to realize that they are being much more toxic than any fictional character. What they are doing to others is REAL and not fantasy, which they should keep in mind.
I'm also confused. Jaekyung is a morally grey character who has done good things in the story in addition to the toxic behaviours. However, the haters are blind to that and only focus with rabid attention to what he has done wrong. In my view, he is redeemable, and I'm looking forward to his redemption arc :)
