And for all the stupid people who say “he thinks it’s what best for” that’s not a good enough reason. Raymond could nearly rape her and her brother will stand by and not care cause he thinks she likes him, that’s how terrible his actions are. The og Agnes was in-love with Raymond since CHILDHOOD. Basically she was obsessed with him. The misunderstanding is that they all thought Agnes was just acting it all up that she's over him. So, being the brother that he is, he thought he was doing her bidding. He thought that he was being the "love bridge" as some might say. THEY HAVE NO IDEA, WHATSOEVER, THAT SHE WAS POSSESSED BY ANOTHER SOUL FROM KOREA WHO WAS A FAN KYLO.

I never got the impression him and the sister actually liked each other. It just seemed like a marriage of convinience. He's a noble that can help her brother and get them out of poverty, while she's a younger good looking woman. The most basic hetero relationship imaginable. So of course he wouldnt have really known or cared about her, otherwise why would he let her have a kid when her health was at risk or why would he doubt her just because of some rumors.
I thought that as well but then he showed flashbacks that seemed like they were really close. Maybe his flashbacks are influenced by his own thoughts. Regardless, what I’m questioning is the logistics.
I wish he would have accepted to be the princess personal knight. The combination of him being his childhood hero plus his boss leads to an unhealthy dynamic where he always idolizes him and doesn’t really see him as a person outside of that. There’s nothing that he would do to him (except maybe stab him) that would make him be like “oh maybe he’s not 100% perfect”
They address this slightly with him feeling unworthy/unsure of his feelings about him but even that is brushed off.
It’s only 25 chapters so I don’t expect it to be a fully fleshed out story. But I think it sacrifices any depth to the characters for a cute fluff story which is fine I guess.
Yes, mc having a goal outside of the ml and growing in that important position of his own right and ability would have been amazing. We could even address the ml's insecurity when he angrily asked if he wasn't good enough because he is a commoner.
