Her brother is so irritating a stupid. Like I truly do not understand why he refuses to respect her boundaries. And for all the stupid people who say “he thinks it’s what best for” that’s not a good enough reason. Raymond could nearly rape her and her brother will stand by and not care cause he thinks she likes him, that’s how terrible his actions are. He keeps putting her in situations with someone she has stated she is UNCOMFORTABLE with!! Because they’re “friends” fuck him to hell.

The side note: his brother in law suddenly becoming doubtful of his relationship with his sister like both of them were not both fighting the same war and having no time is crazy to me. Like genuinely. That was just truly insane.
I wish he would have accepted to be the princess personal knight. The combination of him being his childhood hero plus his boss leads to an unhealthy dynamic where he always idolizes him and doesn’t really see him as a person outside of that. There’s nothing that he would do to him (except maybe stab him) that would make him be like “oh maybe he’s not 100% perfect”
They address this slightly with him feeling unworthy/unsure of his feelings about him but even that is brushed off.
It’s only 25 chapters so I don’t expect it to be a fully fleshed out story. But I think it sacrifices any depth to the characters for a cute fluff story which is fine I guess.

FL enjoys putting herself in trouble. There’s no reason to go and meet Elizabeth. FL outranks her and she tried to kill her no one will care if she ignores her but just so she can get in trouble and almost die, the author will make the FL do something extremely stupid based on no logic. This book is so stupid
