i used to like this because it kinda had this horror approach to it's themes but S2 writing seems to be following the typical victim-abuser ending up together because yk, toxic yaoi or something + it has a bunch of REALLY explicit and violent sexual scenes for fetish reasons (S1 was packed with those as well but they felt, idk more like a narrative device than just straight up fetish, or maybe i was hoping so). this felt so much more interesting compared to other similar stories at first but these first chapters of S2 were sooo lacking like argh — except for the pomegranate scene that one was really good and gave off the same vibes as S1

Yoo you get it. I saw it coming because well the first chapter spoiled us all. But i figured it would be dealt with differently somehow? But it's still only five chapters in so I'm going to wait.
yeahh... i was hoping it would follow a certain path and treat the sensitive topics with a different aproach but maybe it wont :/
i really like the plot and im very invested in this overall but the pacing is horrible

media literacy is fucking dead... omg that's why some writers feel the need to info dump readers with super expositive dialogue cause if you still haven't realized by now that ML knows about MC's identity you are reeeally slow — to say the least
