Why should he
Well for one, Hyesung does love him be he doesn't know how to show it. For one, when he had Byul and ran away, he came back to see him after realizing that Dojin was actually caring for him and two, he willingly got married to him and three, he admitted to loving him in the last chapter before the side stories. Hyesung is not a victim of anything and he doesn't feel like he is from what I can see.
