This manwha is like the perfect balance of everything even the annoying characters, the art is great, the logic isn’t missing(maybe the cheating on the fiancé part), and she’s pretty cool without having the “I’m different from other girls” thing pushed in your face

I think based on the novel that she was beaten down by the other kid, she fainted on her own suddenly. It isn't uncommon for someone to faint, still not the best thing to happen during a fight. She isn't conscious to actually defend herself even though she is totally capable of doing so under normal circumstances.
