Kiha never became king.. That was King Moon and Queen Dana.. Light was the dude in the modern world after he died, he was transported to that timeline just like Ellin.
That tomb was for Solhwa and Light (possibly for Ellin's mom as well but they're in the past, there's no body to bury.. So im assuming its for Light.)
