Idk, maybe it was a mistranslation? Cuz mimori never told him what had happened (that he was assaulted and froze on the spot, thus not saying no or anything). I think he means as in, because he didn't say a thing when lover (cant remember his name) asked if he felt good when kissing the other man, that it meant yes (as in yes, it felt good).
Reminding the lover has no idea about what happened and mimori also didn't explain anything.
Thus "silence gives consent", as in "if you sare saying nothing, then it must mean you liked it"
Or rather, easily misinterpreted translation, given what had happened.
I think the seme meant that since the uke isnât saying anything and isnât explaining what happened that he consented to it. Again this is only cuz the seme isnât aware of what happened so to him it just looks like the uke cheated and is just feeling guilty rather than the fact that he was actually assaulted and didnât consent..
