I like the fact that they are resolved to be together with each other, yet still keeping the brotherly status. I think the story ended on a nice note. It will be awkward if it continues. After all, being a lover is different from being siblings. These puppy love acts like pecking each other on the lips or holding hands are adorable but it's almost like playing lovers.
The boy did nothing to deserve all these. He's a good kid, supporting his family, helping with chores. And his mother died too. Why choose him? Psychotic bitches.

The dragons fought hard and shed blood to protect the country. It's great that people are finally giving credits to Yona and the dragons for their effort, but the more well-known the dragons are, the more dangerous it is for them. People are greedy and will try to capture these dragons for their selfish desires.
Also, that damn advisor. Is he even allowed to act without the King's order? Investigating and chasing after Yona and the dragons without permission. She's not thinking of reclaiming the throne so can't these people just leave them alone?
He has reason to be afraid of them when their existence is higher than that of the King's, but its a selfish reason. Its why the readers oppose his views. When trying to understand an antagonist, you have to try to see why they're the protagonist of their own world. That helps make a story that much more enjoyable when you can understand everyone's point of view.
It can't be his father! I'm sure someone is just making use of his name. Since Souma's dad doesn't use the name Saiba now. He has no reason to hide his face if he's gonna reveal his name anyway so I'm 99% sure it's someone else. *Please let it be someone else! Souma, don't doubt your dad.

I guess it's because they are the magazine and the tankobon versions. Mangakas tend to change things when they do the tankobon.
