I really like how the Fl isn't automatically falling head over heels for him, and she still remembers the horrible thing he did to her and her family. The fact that she wishes that he would just act like a horrible monster as a child so she can justify her hate is very interesting to me and a cool concept. I think that as the story progresses she's going to realize his horrible family circumstances and eventually forgive him for what he did in her past life. Honestly the Ml is waaaaaay more forgivable in these circumstances than in the abandoned empress lol.

Purely for smut purposes, the author puts 0 time and patience for story or plot.
