Whats so wrong with criticizing a story??
The problem isn't that it's not going the way I want but that it's just not going a way which makes me like the story, I'm not criticizing the author for them doing what they want but rather the quality of what they're doing.

People can't criticize anything. The story has been bad all season. When people are invested in a story, they like to see it to the end. Face it, even Byeonduck knows that this season has been shitty

The thing is there is nothing wrong with criticizing a story. By all means, every one can do whatever they want. But it does get annoying, week after week, to see nothing BUT criticism because it adds nothing to an already exhausted diatribe that “Seungho is shit and woe is Nakyum”. At this point, it’s like whining. I do think the majority are not giving the author a fair chance to just tell her story.

Are we reading the same story??? The plot is so intriguing and I love the characters despite their flaws. How exactly is the story "shitty"? I have really enjoyed this season for all the drama and heightened emotions. There have been alot of moments were I screamed in frustration but I also know the story has a looking way to go yet and I'm just guna enjoy the ride

That's your opinion, you may find it intriguing but even her Korean audience has criticize season 2. Nothing makes sense any more.

Yeah I mean that's your opinion and that's perfectly fine
I think the author has a great knack for building tension and hooking the viewer, which is also the main reason I'm even still reading the story (+ the art and Nakyum) even though it has a lot of flaws in my eyes

Okay I get your point, I also think it gets kinda tiring to hear people critize/hate on those aspects over and over too instead of talking about other flaws it has or going a bit more into detail

Right, so it is disingenuous because everyone sounds like parrots. I don’t know, there just seems to be a trend where readers can’t be pleased and will complain about even the slightest bit of plot inconveniences. If we’re being honest, 95% of the criticisms aren’t even constructive to begin with.

Bottomline: this story gave us no promise of being some sweet romance. It’s completely asinine and very rude tbh to be ripping into the author (not talking you, just to be clear) so much just because the story isn't following a linear path to a resolution.

Sadly this seems to be a common trend among the yaoi fan base which is very sad to see. Just enjoy the story. And if you don't enjoy it - because a lot of people don't like tragedy / abusive / dark stories - then that's fine. Just drop it. Or come back and finish it after the story has finished
