Islot was human before his memories where removed and received salvation. Archangel Uriel was known to be the angel closest to human...Sion didn't have many contracts as per se but there's an exception for that man named 'Licht'. Any human that made 'contract' with demon and prevail have the authority to be close to God. If Itae was a wandering soul that could only mean 1 thing...After he died from battling with Sion he most likely made contract with demon and prevailed, getting close to God would only mean that he can least ask for favor. That is to be reborn with conditions that his memories are to be removed. The questions are these:

•Why is archangel Uriel gone? <referring as to his spot as an archangel was to be replaced by Islot or Jock>
