The Kirishima-sleeps-around argument as to why he shouldn't be the end game is pretty invalid since the author already clarified that Shouma has been sleeping around too. Author even tweeted about it a while back that Yoshino does not see neither of them to be potential lovers because she has seen first hand that they have a lot of women around them (implying the sleeping around thing). However, I guess Shouma hoeing around is a lot better than when Kirishima does it since Shouma is not in that kind of relationship with Yoshino. But even with Kirishima, Yoshino doesn't really see him in that light lol (as a lover).
