Yes, he made some bad decisions due to his bad mental state, in which he continues to harm himself with no boundaries in his kink that he possibly does and doesn't enjoy. However, just bc his kink is insanely problematic bc of the thin boundaries he has doesn't mean that he consented to the situation at hand. He clearly stated what he enjoys, even though it's rough and crazy, and he also knows what he doesn't want to take part in. Sure, he walked with taesoo into the situation thinking that it wasn't gonna be horrible, but he seeing how he fares with everything happening, he was unaware. And as much as he was unaware, although his actions and consequences were his decision, doesn't mean that he is not a victim. That doesn't mean that he deserved the rape. No matter what ppl say about him deserving it, he didn't deserve it. He shouldn't be blamed for being a victim. He is responsible for his decisions and actions, but he was unaware and clear about not wanting to participate in that shit. He's clearly a victim, regardless if you think he deserved it or not, and in my opinion, I never thought once that he deserved to be gang-raped and drugged, despite all of his actions.
Plus, let's talk about ML. ML doesn't clarify, and it's irritating how he doesn't go into detail about the cases, but also remember that it's part of his job. Yes yall, I'm fucking irritated and upset over the fact that ML is broad and general asf, and he doesn't say anything much to MC. However, he's a prosecutor. That's his job, and we can also see that he was trying to warn MC. What urks me is that, did he reach out to MC for the case? Or did he reach out to him bc he does find an interest in MC? Anyways, it's irritating asf, but yall can't do anything about it except feel upset over his actions, thoughts, and behavior. Also, his coworkers suck, I hate how they're interrogating, and I hope that this shit get handled asap.

I agree that he is a victim here, but the end of the day, just because MC was a victim doesn't automatically make him immune to any bad decision he made along the way. I'm glad that you point that out and not just preach out his innocence or completely blame ML for the whole situation.
