I binged read this in one go, I was so invested in this but then they gave me that ending, wtf? It's not even an ending if I'm tbh. I hate me for doing this to my self. I wasted like 3-4 hrs on this. i doubt claude doesn't know that something is going on. he knows something's up, he just doesn't know what it is. he has a severe headache whenever he sees Athy and his headached disappears when Jennette is around that's why he could sleep in front of her. he keeps inviting jennette becuz it keeps his headaches away and he can relax. if he's not suspicious of that, then he's a hot, dumb daddy.

does this mean that he won't be able to think of anything at all regarding his condition? like, he won't be able to form a coherent thought even if it's only a suspicion? yes he doesn't know what's happening, but does it mean that he won't be allowed to think that something is wrong becuz he has a headache when a person is around and it disappears when another person is near? i mean, he has his red haired guard around, and athy's attending maids and ladies to remind him of his missing memories. if yes, then claude is the poor guy cuz he isn't even allowed to have his own thoughts.
p.s. this is a real question, i'm not trying to sound sarcastic. it's because i don't remember much of what's happened in the previous chap cuz the updates take too long. all i remember is that claude forgot his memories and feelings for athy and that he gets a headache when she's around.

I think that's the case due how Claude is acting. He KNOWS that something is happening and it looks He knows a lot of magic too, but can't make any sense of what's happening and when He try, those headaches come. That's how they block his capability of thinking through, and probably those headaches makes him forget about what He was thinking, returning him to 0. This is a painful cycle that He have been repeating, and even if He knows He needs to do something.... His mind just wanders.
