It's still speculation, but in case you posted something that MIGHT have pissed of a snowflake admin it could be that your comment functions get monitored/fucked with on purpose.

While he COULD have experienced those emotions, it could likely be the classical case of not being able to realize/identify them and explain when hearing them. Since it's said he doesn't even hug people, it's a high chance that he only knows affection and other basic or rather non-romantic emotions (or relation thereof).
I think it was all supposed to be a cliche 'he's misunderstanding things and giving false conclusions due to inexperience', kinda as a joke, but it fell entirely flat.
At least it comes across that way. Tho maybe the author really did mean it in a more serious way, but I don't quite think that was portrayed well then.

At the very least, the end was satisfying as it made the MC give up on supporting the novel `heroine`. That heroine was way to fake and annoying for me. The heorine didn't even correct or understand what she did wrong in the past. If MC supported her I legit might`ve dropped this manga.
