Srsly, as wierd as this manhwa is i need to admit it also have the realest plot. Like both of them grow up in society that said man must be with women. Il-tak denial and Hyunwoo confusion is like one of the rarest things exist in typical bl genre actually. At least for me.

I think this once had somebody finish translating all of the story or its different? But the story that I remember is MC got transported to almost same setting as this one and he unexpectedly befriended all the capture target. The funny thing is just like this one, all capture targets act out of the script. The most memorable one is the demon lord who unexpectedly the most reasonable, logical and high morale despite being the major villain. He even helped MC a lot and tried to help MC go back to his own world. The demon lord is not the end game though.

Other than that, if you are okay with just a smut series, "Sex with the Love Interest! But I'm an NPC!" is about a mob character getting together with one of the love interests of a dating sim.
There's another one on MRM hahaha and the mob character doesn't even have a face. He has a big A in his head.

I seriously believe Guwon is some sort of the undead/the corpse that come back to live. Maybe he died from a human experiment thus explained the stiches. Unlike other undead, he might either gained intelligance or remembered some of his past life etc but never fully understand anything.
