Nah I get him. He couldn't bear the pain of staying best friends anymore but he also couldn't believe that Touya would ever love him the same way. In my perspective it was not blackmailing but "putting an end" to it. He was hoping that after they had sex Touya would hate him & that would make it easier for Eiji to leave. I think its important to consider that this is years and years of unrequited love kept inside of Eiji. I'm not saying he did the logical thing but that's what he thought was the way out of this "troublesome" situation for both of them
