Yes it's totally worth it to read there's REALLY GOOD plots and angsty content and all but you'll need to prepare yourself because you'll feel A LOT of angsty, sadness but those things doesn't matter for me, just the story line is incredible it's a must to read.
And for the "cheating" point I can't really respon to it because it's kinda weird because the uke was married with a woman but they were fooling both around sooo yes kinda.
Oh and btw you'll need to focus on the story because it'll be kinda confusing but even me I'm not really good in english but I understood the story and fortunally the translator left some notes to explain the story/scenes/sentences and all :)

this book is not finished yet but if I thinking of rereading I would.
There are many issues in reading this like abandonment issues commitment issues and trust issues that come from very deep backgrounds. you can see a lot of character development from different characters so that's a plus. basically, this story is about a secretary (Suha) forming a no string relationship with his boss (Jiwoon) although his boss has a secretive obsession from when they were kids also the antagonist(the redhead bc I forgot the name but is cousins to Jiwoon) seems to have had a past with Suha and wants him all to himself. at the workplace, you could see a lot of family disrespect especially with the chairman who is also Jiwoons grandmother who does not see Jiwoon as part of the family which you would see in the story. I don't want to give too many details I hope this helps if not I do apologize.

He makes a lot of friend as he is so cute and a guy will be touchy feely with him. As Yechan is innocent as baby, he won't really mind cause he will think that the guy is just being friendly. Seol will see that while going to take Yechan back home. There is jealousy manifesting but he tries to brush it off. He sees the same dude again doing the same thing. He couldn't control his jealousy or anger anymore. He tells Yechan to stop being friendly, Yechan will say "why? I'm just trying to make friends". Yeol will be like " yeah. But you should know what you are doing. Don't act so clueless like that. It makes you seem stupid". Yechan will feel hurt hearing those words. Tears in his eyes, he will say "why are you being so rude to me? I'm just trying to adapt myself and you-". Yechan stopped talking and lower his head. Seol will regret what he said and will try to hug Yechan but Yechan pushed him and tries to leave. Seol grabs Yechan's wrist and tells him to stay but Yechan fights back and say " Don't. I'm sorry for being stupid" and tears starts to flow. Seol feels sad and mumbles "I only said that because I love you".
