One of the previous commentators said that he (Yeojun) just brought her back and he was really nervous about talking to Jisoo(the MC) about the kiss that Jinju gave him when she was drunk. Not only the plot, but the art has been amazing. It’s consistent for characters’ facial features, even if they “glowed up”. It doesn’t include overly excessive female body standards with big-boobed, skinny waist characters in every chapter that wear skin-tight bodysuits (where you doubt if their armor even protects them) while the men only wear cloaks, hoodies, and basic armor. There’s depth and variety. Moreover, the monsters are also detailed and contain facial expressions.

I don’t know how I feel about the new art style.. it kind of looks more generic and less unique when you compare the art from before the hiatus. The art style feels more flat and lazy. Like the eyes aren’t as detailed and the hair is less textured now. They even use less direct scenes of the characters faces and avoid drawing detail where possible by making the eyes crescents :(
I get that it’s been two years since the last update but rereading the webtoon and viewing the change instantaneously threw me off
That’s what I thought too!!! I loved the style before.. I miss how the eyes were colored in, now it just feels a bit dull
