Raws is the manhua in its original language. In this case chinese. Spoilers are when people who have read either that or the novel, give information
Raws are chapters that aren't translated yet, spoilers would be a snippet of a scene from a chapter/chapters that are translated

Ok I skimmed through the novel and read some spoilers as well so now I’ve got some spoilers for ya’ll....(btw some of these aren’t in order so yeah think of it yourself blegh :D)
SPOILERS:
-Uke buys his freedom and gets extra money to free his mother from the old household but she’s not there anymore. MC thinks ML took her.
-MC hates ML for a while. The Emperor captures him (ML intentionally let himself get captured so his army can regroup [a fight is ongoing so yeah]) and he and our MC visits the Prince’s cell. MC clings to the Emperor to make ML jealous. He visits for a while asking ML to give back his mother, but ML tricks MC into going in his cell and....They f*ck. After that, MC lets ML escape. (Spoilers, it was the emperor who took his mother)
-Uke’s mom dies. He AGAIN thinks its ML’s fault. ML tried to explain that he didn’t kill her. (Yeah he’s actually telling the truth ML didn’t kill her)
-The uke is later revealed to be part of a some dynastic clan hidden somewhere with powers/treasures (idk how to phrase it tbh (〜￣△￣)〜)
-The emperor and the prince both knew that and were basically neck and neck against each other.
-The prince says he’s willing to sacrifice anything and anyone for it and when MC asks if it includes him he’s was like “yes and not even you can stop me” then he still wants MC to love him (ik what you’re thinking rn and yeah. What the actual fu-)
-The main wife (yes that roach) is REALLY obsessed with the prince. She hires a male prostitute named Honglian to ‘replace’ Yu-er and to distract the prince.
-She also kidnaps Yu-er and puts him into a brothel (but he’s saved later dw)
-A war basically happens and the prince dethrones the Emperor and becomes the new Emperor.
-Yu-er undergoes a DRASTIC change. He goes from a warm little ball of fluff to a cold ice cube thats ready to melt any second. He also experiences PTSD due to all the abuse he’s been put through. He even tries killing himself from what I remember.
The story is really long and has a lot of arcs. It doesn’t get better for the uke for a while as well. The novel contained a lot of heart wrenching scenes too. If it wasn’t for the people here in the comments who wants spoilers and expect happy scenes from our MC soon I wouldn’t have read it all the way through T~T
Anyways, if you want to continue reading this though, I suggest reading the manhwa instead of the novel since I saw that most of the ‘graphic scenes’ in the novel are toned down in the manhwa. Goodluck people happy reading.

This is probably gonna get finished in 2022 or late 2021 so I’m just gonna come back then..I heard that the seme will change, but it’s probably gonna take a long time. I’m reading this because of ‘Cocoon of The Heart’ (please check it our if you haven’t already its REALLY GOOD) like seeing toxic MLs get the karma they deserve and realize everything they did. I also like seeing them change for their ukes, its a really draining plot but its satisfying once they reconcile and become happy.. Goodbye self see you in a year or so (〜￣△￣)〜

This is probably going to be VERY slow paced since as you can see the relationship between these two still isn’t the greatest (and they’ll end up together in the end so its pretty self explanatory that this is gonna take veeerrryyyy long) this will probably be 100+ chapters.. This will most likely still be ongoing in mid 2021 unless it updates everyday... (which I’m already guessing won’t happen) Σ( ￣□￣||)
