i get y’all want the happy, healthy, they all make progress typa story, but where was it ever stated this was gonna be that kind of plot? in fact, the author even told everyone she wanted it to be even more fucked up than it already is. it’s kinda exhausting seeing all the hate saying there isn’t any progress or that it’s getting repetitive with seungho being abusive and i completely get that but c’mon, don’t demand something that wasn’t intended to begin with. seungho can go from 0-100 all he wants, he can’t just do a complete 180 and be 0 outta nowhere the rest of the story. just let the author write the story the way she wants to, and if you can’t appreciate the way she does then don’t read it. simple. thanks for coming to my ted talk
It’d be alright if, you know, Nakyum and Seungho gets some actual development instead of having the same rape cycle over and over again.
The progress has been thrown out the window and the plot is repetitive. That's just how it is. Idk if you read on lezhin or not, but for us that do it's not fun to have the same thing happening over and over again.

Bruh, nobody here expects a fluffy story. Most of us hated how rape is being used as a plot device and there’s nothing else going on in the story, despite the manhwa having an interesting premise. You’re right about character development not being instantaneous, but it’s literally been 62 chapters.

Honey, we’re not complaining about the dark themes being tackled in the manhwa. We’re complaining about how nothing progressed at this point and how rape is slowing becoming more of a plot device instead of, you know, a serious issue.
You CAN have some fucked up stuff happening in your manga/manhwa while still being engaging and portraying them correctly. Ventam, Sakura Gari, Zankoku Na Kami Ga Shihai Suru, Walk on Water, and Dark Heaven are few of the many examples of this working.
Also, the artist published this so everyone’s free to praise and criticize it. The people threatening and harassing the artist can highkey choke, but we just expected better since POTN had such a noce setup.

I agree. As much as I don’t where the story’s going, it’s not a good reason to threaten the artist’s wellbeing. In fact, I hope that her next story (which I heard is going to be even darker) handles the subject material well and be just as or more popular than POTN!
