I wish I could just fangirl over Cirrus and Skylar relationship, but there’s so much to unpack. Both of them had had such a difficult and traumatic upbringing, the adults in Cirrus’ life completely failed him, a selfish father and a revolting pədo teacher (so so many of them work around children, it’s utterly disgusting). Skylar being a bullying victim with his former best friend as his biggest bully, plus a mother that unconsciously (I’m hoping that’s the case) puts him under pressure to get better mentally.
They both simply wanted to be loved…I guess they at least found each other?

At this point I’m not even surprised, I’m just disappointed. Saw it coming from miles away but still hoped that the author might grant a healthy relationship for the MC, I was too optimistic…

I understand what you mean, but why did it take losing the MC for the ML to regret his actions or simply to value their relationship? I know this is fiction and whatnot, but in real life getting back together with a person that hurt you emotionally isn’t exactly healthy. I also believe that putting an end to a relationship means that the people involved are just not meant to be.

I think what the author demonstrated in this story is that the past destructive behaviour of the characters were down to immaturity which is why they gave them some time away to mature and reflect. After this, each became a better person which also happens in real life. I therefore think it's the intention of the author for the readers to move forward with the characters on that basis. However, everyone is entitled to how they interprete the story and what they feel.

The art style is really good, but there’s just too much drama for my personal taste. If you’re like me, I wouldn’t recommend reading this manhwa. Only Onyu and Minu are “normal”, all the other characters are selfish, projecting their insecurities on others, lacking common sense, superficial, fake and toxic. It was a very hard read, every single chapter was testing my patience, I simply cannot sympathise with any of them, not sure how this manhwa got a 9.4 rating, ngl I’m a bit disappointed.
Also that bubbly girl whose name I didn’t bother to remember pissed me tf off, doing things for “her friend’s sake” disregarding said friend opinion, means that she did it for herself and herself only, that was just her pathetic excuse. There were so many ways to approach the situation more delicately, but she took the worst approach ever, it was nauseating. Critical thinking down the drain.
In 24 chapters I feel like nothing really happened? They’ve been going at it like bunnies and that’s about it. Is it too slow paced or are my dopamine receptors just really f*cked up?
